3. Terms & Conditions for the Supply of Training

These Terms apply to all training services provided by Lords Driving Training Ltd.

A. Client Obligations

• All Clients must follow safety protocols under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
• A valid driving licence must be carried at all times. Failure to produce one will terminate training with no refund.
• Driver CPC & ADR clients must provide licence copies or incur a £15 admin charge.
• Clients must be fit to drive and inform us of any medical conditions.
• Alcohol or drug influence will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of fees.
• If a Client becomes banned from driving during training, all paid fees are forfeited.

B. Equipment & Liability

• We will provide an instructor and vehicle for the full training period. Delays due to breakdowns will be rescheduled.
• No liability is accepted for loss of Client earnings.
• Clients training on their own vehicle must ensure insurance, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• The Company accepts no liability for personal property loss.

C. Payments & Cancellations

• All fees must be paid in full before services begin.
• Rescheduling:
  
  • 3+ days notice: Free via system, £15 admin via phone/email.
  • Less than 3 days: 50% charge + repurchase any tests.
• Refund Policy (Non-Practical Training):
  
  • 30+ days: 75% refund
  • 15–30 days: 50% refund
  • 8–14 days: 25% refund
  • 7 days or less: No refund
• Non-refundable: medical exams, theory tests, driving tests, course materials, invigilation fees.
• No refunds for non-attendance or failure to complete the course.

D. Test Cancellations (Bad Weather)

If the DVSA cancels a test due to bad weather, the Client may claim a refund of the test fee from DVSA. Vehicle hire & instructor charges remain payable to Lords Driving Training Ltd.

E. Administrative Fees

• Bounced cheques incur a £25 admin fee.
• We reserve the right to amend these Terms anytime.
